Release 2.1 was released in June 2020 and was made available to mitigate for the COVID-19 situation will seize to exist on 15 January 2022. 

Release 2.1 improvements: 

1. Daily updates of corrections
2. Reworked heading correction criteria resulting in slightly less observations w.r.t. Release 2.0

The result of the improved correction algorithm are found in The first 6 months during COVID-19 of EMADDC report. The version covid-19 VER2 described in the report was release 2.1.
