An alternative to provide surveillance data to EMADDC is by using human readable (or ASCII) form. This is the least preferable option to provide data. Please follow the instructions listed on this page.
The EMADDC requirement is to provide the data in a specified fixed format such that each interrogation is printed in a single row using a comma as delimiter. Each row should contain the following parameters in the order shown in the table below. A header is not required provided the file sticks to the specified order. A header could be used but assure to use the abbreviation names for your columns listed below. When an header is used, there is no need to supply EMADDC with empty (NaN) columns.
Please provide sufficient decimals to represent the resolution of the parameter and stick to the requested units.
In case a non-mandatory field is not provided, the entry could be omitted leaving an empty value between commas. Alternatively, a NaN (not-a-number) could be provided. In case a whitespace delimtier is used and if a parameter is not provided, its column shall be filled with a NaN value for proper processing by EMADDC.
