Due to a cascade of performance issues on the EMADDC processing servers, our production has reduced to processing of MUAC and as-met data only since 16-09-2023 9:45 UTC. We are investigating the issue and are working hard to restore normal operation.

UPDATE:

As of 18/9 10 UTC, processing operations on our production system has been restored to normal and all files from 7 UTC have been processed and output into the EMADDC product files (BUFR, CSV).

Files that have not been processed (between 16/9 10 UTC and 18/9 7 UTC) will be reprocessed and part of our historic datset.

The underlying issue has been identified and fixed to assure the same issue does not occur again in the future.
