In addition to supporting the new 3.0 file format, the repository has been expanded to include writing functionality. This allows users to read EMADDC data in their format of preference and create tooling to convert it to another format.
Note on compatibility: the new readers and writers are designed specifically for version 3.0 data. For processing version 2.2 datasets, please continue to use the legacy readers available on a branch.
